Items are posted via Express Post 500gm & 1kg parcels. Items are shipped Wednesday & Monday Mornings ensuring that no matter where you live your new wares are guaranteed to arrive within three business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Orders over $100 Australian (not including postage) can be shipped internationally. Extended transit times may apply. Items will always be posted express & registered for your protection & convenience.

Placing your order
After placing your order, you will be sent an automatic reply ,to let you know we have received your order.If you cannot see the email please check your junk email folder as our emails are sometimes sent there, depending on your security settings. A confirmation email with your express post registration number will be forwarded once the item is posted.

I have not received my parcel within three business days, what do I do?

1. Check to ensure that you are within The Australia Post Next Business Day Delivery network. Postcodes outside of these designated areas may take longer to reach you.

2. In the unlikely event that you have not received your received your parcel within the delivery times specified by Australia Post please first contact your local Post Office and give them the tracking number from your order confirmation email. Your parcel may be being held at a local post office for collection. If you are unsuccessful, please contact us so that we can try and locate your parcel.

I cannot see my size do you have any more in stock?
No. All available items are uploaded onto The Alternate Path within a few days of arrival.

I love your clothing, but cannot see my size, can I place an order?
Absolutely, I order once a month. Availability of clothing and sizes are based on demand. Please register your interest and advise the items and colours that you require, when I next order from the supplier I will contact you via email to ensure you are still interested prior to purchase. Specially ordered items will of course take longer to arrive. Alternatively please feel welcome to provide feedback on what you would like to see on the Alternate Path.
